Privacy Notice
Last updated: November 2026
This notice explains how Air to Air Heat Pumps Plymouth uses personal information collected through this website and when we deal with your enquiry, survey or installation.
Who We Are
Air to Air Heat Pumps Plymouth, 25 The Crescent, Plymouth, PL1 3AD, is responsible for your information. Contact us about privacy at enquiries@airtoairheatpumpsplymouth.co.uk.
What We Collect
Through the quote form: your name, postcode, phone number and/or email, what you need help with and anything you write in the message box. If you call or email, we keep what you send, such as photos of rooms or details of your current heating. At a survey we record room measurements, notes and photos of the property.
Why We Use It
- To respond to your enquiry, survey your home and prepare a quote (steps before a contract)
- To install, commission and service your system and register warranties (contract)
- To apply for a Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant on your behalf, where you ask us to (contract and legal obligation)
- To keep business, accounting and refrigerant records (legal obligation)
- To deal with questions or complaints later (legitimate interests)
We don’t use your details for unrelated marketing and we never sell them.
Who We Share It With
Only those who help us run the business or deliver your installation: our form provider (Formspree), our website host, email and accounting providers, equipment manufacturers (for warranty registration), certification bodies and Ofgem (for grant applications), and engineers working on your job.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Records of installations and services are kept for up to six years, or longer where warranty, grant or refrigerant rules require it.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email enquiries@airtoairheatpumpsplymouth.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
