These terms cover use of this website and the basis on which Air to Air Heat Pumps Plymouth quotes for and carries out work. Each job is also covered by the written quote you accept.

Website Information

Content on this site is general information about heat pumps and air conditioning. Guide prices are indicative only; your price is confirmed in a written quote after a home survey.

Quotes

Our quotes set out the equipment, the work included, the price, any grant deduction and any exclusions. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If we find something during installation that couldn’t reasonably be seen at the survey, we’ll stop and agree any change with you before carrying on.

Grants

Where a quote includes a Boiler Upgrade Scheme deduction, it depends on the property meeting the scheme’s rules and Ofgem approving the application. If a grant isn’t approved, we’ll discuss the options with you before any work goes ahead.

Booking and Cancelling

Work is booked once you accept the quote in writing. If you’re a consumer and accept the quote away from our premises, you have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start within that period, you may have to pay for work already done.

Permissions

You’re responsible for obtaining any consent needed from a freeholder, landlord or managing agent. We’ll advise if planning permission or listed building consent appears to be needed.

Our Responsibilities

We’ll carry out the work with reasonable care and skill, protect your home and take packaging away. We’re responsible for damage caused by our own negligence. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, which usually include annual servicing.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote.

Law
